Hi, I'm Abigail LaVerne.

I also go by Abbie. I'm a storyteller photographer + film maker in Northern Illinois. I'm also a wife + homeschooling mother of 5. Photography became my passion in 2016 when a desire birthed in me to begin visual storytelling. It's said a picture is worth a thousand words. It's true, and an image can many times speak in a way that we may never be able to fully articulate. A portrait of your elderly parents laughing while gazing into each other's eyes... your spouse's expression as they catch the first glimpse of the child you have both brought into the world... or your toddler's curiosity as they explore in nature. All of these beautiful moments are the treasures this life is made of. All these little moments that we cherish in our hearts you can also have to cherish for generations. This is why I so love what I do. This is my poetry. Your story is worth telling.
